Starting couples counseling can feel intimidating, whether you've been to therapy before or this is completely new territory for both of you. Renee and Leslie are here to make that first step feel manageable, not overwhelming.
In your first session together, we'll get to know both of you and understand where your relationship stands right now, and where you'd like it to go.
From there, we'll typically meet with each of you individually, giving space to share your own history and perspective without worrying about how it lands in the room.
We'll then come back together as a couple to set clear, shared goals and start building the tools to actually get there, real skills for communication and connection, not just talking around the problem.
