Claire is a therapist at Low Country Behavioral Health who works with children (ages 8+), young adults, and families. She provides a warm, supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.Claire specializes in helping clients who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, behavioral issues, and more. She believes that healing happens in a supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and emotions. In sessions, Claire helps clients better understand their thoughts and emotional patterns, develop practical coping skills for stress and anxiety, process difficult life experiences and trauma, strengthen relationships and communication, and build confidence and resilience.
