Providing therapy for children, teens, young adults, and families.

Meet Chrissy

Chrissy Andrews, LISW-CP, believes therapy is about helping people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and create positive changes that extend beyond the therapy room. She approaches each client with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that no two people experience life's challenges in exactly the same way.

Whether someone is facing a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or simply wanting to better understand themselves, Chrissy strives to create a collaborative experience where growth feels both achievable and meaningful.

Her Approach to Therapy

Chrissy works with children, teens, young adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, school-related concerns, behavioral challenges, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and family conflict.

She believes therapy should be individualized, recognizing that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are different. Together, she helps clients better understand patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop practical ways to respond to life's challenges.

When working with children and adolescents, Chrissy partners closely with parents and caregivers to support progress outside of sessions and strengthen the family as a whole.
