Sadie Leonard

Licensed Master Social Worker

Sadie is a therapist at Low Country Behavioral Health who works with adolescents ages 17 and older and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, and challenges that often come with this stage of life. She provides a supportive and approachable space where clients can talk openly about what they are experiencing and begin developing tools to move forward with greater confidence.
The transition from adolescence into adulthood can bring a unique set of stressors. Many of Sadie’s clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by academic pressures, social challenges, uncertainty about the future, or increasing independence and responsibility. Others may be struggling with anxiety, processing difficult experiences, or coping with grief and loss.
Sadie works collaboratively with clients to better understand thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be contributing to their challenges. She helps clients build practical coping strategies, develop emotional awareness, and strengthen their ability to navigate stress and difficult life events.

Sadie’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She focuses on creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences without judgment. Her goal is to help clients gain greater insight, develop effective coping tools, and feel more empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.
